Position Details

Position: Echo Technologist (Cardiac Sonographer)
Department: Echo (Cost Center 750)
Facility: Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center (EIRMC)
Location: Idaho Falls, Idaho
Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Schedule: Days with scheduled night and weekend call
Contract Length: 13 weeks (91 days)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Hospital Size: 318 beds
Care Setting: Acute Care Hospital
Trauma Level: Level II Trauma Center
ICU: Level I ICU (one of only two in Idaho)
Pediatric ICU: Yes
Behavioral Health Center: 74 beds
Emergency Department: Only ER in Idaho Falls

Experience Required

Minimum 2 years of Echo experience or completion of an accredited Echocardiography program
Current Adult Echo registry/certification
Current Vascular Ultrasound registry/certification
Must be working toward obtaining all required registries if not already completed

Required Certifications

ARDMS or ARRT
BLS
