Job Title: Outpatient Physical Therapist (Orthopedics/Neurology)

Job Requirements

• New graduates are accepted.
• Must have orthopedic and neurological therapy experience or relevant clinical training.
• Must be comfortable providing outpatient therapy services.
• Must be willing to work primarily at Swain Community Hospital and float to Harris Regional Hospital as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide outpatient physical therapy for orthopedic and neurological conditions.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Document evaluations and treatment using the Redoc outpatient system.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support patient recovery.
