Referral Bonus

• Facility: Concord Hospital
• Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week
• Hours: 36 hours/week
• Experience Required: 2+ years acute care or psychiatric nursing, including at least 1 year in behavioral health
• EMR: Cerner preferred, not required

Requirements

• Active New Hampshire or Compact RN license at submission
• BLS certification
• CPI or MOAB certification
• Updated resume documenting 2+ years of experience and travel experience
• Specialty-specific skills checklist
• Driver’s license with address matching application details
• Nursys report and verification of all active RN licenses
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted with the application

Job Responsibilities

• Work in behavioral health and potentially the ED crisis stabilization area.
• Must be comfortable working alongside another RN in the ED and willing to learn to work independently.
• Process admission referrals from local emergency departments, review faxed clinical information, and present cases to the physician.
• Training is available for admission referrals, but willingness to learn is required.
