Description
2 plus yrs current Psych experience. Meditech EMR.
Float required within scope of practice. Every other weekend required.
Blocked schedule cannot be accommodated.
Flu vaccine required- declinations not accepted. Medical and religious exemptions approved on a case by case basis.
Must have KY license, AHA BLS & CPI (or AVADE)
Schedule is 36/48 for the two week pay period
