Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (3x12s)
Weekend: Every Other Weekend

Interview Required

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• IMC (Intermediate Care) experience required
• Epic experience required
• BLS and NIHSS required
• Must be comfortable floating between IMC, Orthopedics, and Rehab units

Patient Population

• Hip Fractures
• Osteomyelitis
• Cellulitis
• Acute Kidney Injury
• Pneumonia
• Bowel Obstruction
• General Med/Surg Patients
• COVID Patients may be assigned

Unit Highlights

• Nurse-to-patient ratio varies by acuity
• Float as needed between IMC, Ortho, and Rehab
• No call requirement

Holiday Requirement

• Must work 2 of the 3 major holiday groups:
  • Thanksgiving/Black Friday
  • Christmas Eve/Christmas Day
  • New Year's Eve/New Year's Day

• First screened by clinical team before manager review

Ideal Candidate: Strong IMC RN with Med/Surg skills, Epic experience, and flexibility to float between IMC, Orthopedic, and Rehabilitation units in a fast-paced acute care setting.
