Preferred</li><li>BSN highly preferred; infusion therapy certification preferred.</li></ul>Required at Submission<ul><li>Resume/work history and permanent address.</li><li>Home Health RN skills checklist completed within the past year.</li><li>Massachusetts RN license and AHA BLS documentation.</li><li>Two specific interview dates/times—“anytime” not accepted.</li><li>All scheduling requests and RTO: maximum 5 days; no requests after submission.</li></ul>Travel DetailsClient prefers temporary housing within a 45-minute commute of 165 Tor Court, Pittsfield.
