Description

Care Coordination RN | Acute Care

Shift: 8-hour days, 8:30 AM–5 PM
Weekends: Two weekends per month
Orientation: October 19 or November 2 only
Charting: Cerner

Requirements

Prior experience with Dignity Health/CommonSpirit in California is mandatory.
Strong care coordination experience.
Active California RN license required at submission.
BLS and LA City Fire & Safety certification.
BSN not required.

Cancellation Policy: Facility may cancel up to 4 shifts during a 13-week assignment, or 3 shifts for assignments shorter than 13 weeks.
