Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM / 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Schedule: 40 hours per week

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist to join the imaging team at Summa Health's Barberton Campus. The ideal candidate will perform CT and general radiology procedures, assist with emergency department imaging, and support stroke team procedures while maintaining patient safety and high-quality imaging standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans and general radiology procedures as assigned.
• Assist with emergency department imaging and stroke team procedures.
• Operate and work with Toshiba/Canon imaging equipment.
• Properly position patients and adjust equipment to obtain diagnostic images.
• Administer IV contrast when required and within authorized scope.
• Maintain accurate patient records using computer systems.
• Follow patient safety protocols and department procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and healthcare team members.
• Assist with other radiology procedures as training and skills allow.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT registration.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer license.
• BLS certification.
• One year of radiology technology experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain CT registry within one year of hire.
• Ability to position and lift patients and perform required imaging procedures.
• Strong communication, technical, and patient-care skills.
• Ability to initiate CPR.

Schedule Details

• Night-shift position with rotating 10- and 12-hour shifts.
• Schedule rotates between three nights on, one night off, and three nights on; the following week includes three nights off, one night on, and three nights off.
• Rotating weekends.
• No on-call requirements.
• No holiday coverage.

Time-Off Policy

• Maximum of 7 days of requested time off (RTO).
