Description
Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN - Circulator / Scrub) – Day Shift
- Schedule: Day Shift | 5x8-Hour Shifts | 08:30 – 17:00 (Monday – Friday) | 36 Guaranteed Hours Per Week (varied day off every other week)
- Assignment Duration: 13-Week Contract Assignment.
- Location Region: Peru, Illinois (IL) | Local & Travel Candidates Accepted (Local rates apply within 50 miles)
Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]
- Clinical Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of dedicated Operating Room RN circulating experience strictly required [HARDSTOP]. Orthopedic surgery circulating experience strongly preferred.
- On-Call Response Time Threshold [HARDSTOP]: Candidate must be able to meet the 45-minute call response time requirement when on call [HARDSTOP].
- Submission Profile Data [HARDSTOP]: Must include last 4 digits of SSN, middle initial, active IL license status (or proof of application initiation), and all requested time off (RTO) at time of submission [HARDSTOP].
- Drug Screen Policy [HARDSTOP]: Candidate must pass a full-panel drug screen prior to start (Drug-Free Campus policy) [HARDSTOP].
- State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]: Active Illinois RN License OR proof of application process initiation strictly required at submission [HARDSTOP].
- Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]:
- Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support — Healthcare Provider) [HARDSTOP].
- Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) [HARDSTOP].
- Preferred Credentials: AHA PALS preferred. RN scrub experience preferred (will accept 1 traveler with scrub skills and 1 circulator-only).
- EMR Requirement [HARDSTOP]: Direct clinical proficiency with Epic (Epic OpTime) strictly required [HARDSTOP].
