Nursing Home What is the size of each unit? 3 wings with total of 42 residents Patient Ratios: LPN’s- 1:20, CNAS 1:9 Scrub Color: Any Patient Type/Population: Geriatric Charting System: Point Click Care Will they require to Float? Yes Exact Shift Time(Days/Evenings/Nocs) for Nurses and Aides: Many open shifts available day, evening and NOC. Shifts are 6—2, 2-10 and 10-6. Open to 12’s and 16’s. Scheduling (Block, Self)? Block Certifications: C.N.A. or LPN and BLS for LPN’s How does the staff like the travelers? Our staff is open and receptive to travelers. Fun details or facts about the town or area. Fertile is a very small town of 850 people. We are surrounded by nature such as lakes and parks. If you are looking for a low key, relaxed atmosphere away from a busy city this is the place to be! Do you have any suggestions on housing? We have apartments in town called Hillview or there is also apartments in Crookston, MN which is 20 minutes away
