Physical Therapist - Rehab Hospital Contract
Location: Rehab Hospital
Start Date: 11/02/2026 (ASAP Start)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Weekdays
Hours: 40 hours/week
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract assignment at a Rehab Hospital. Candidates with Acute Care experience are preferred.
Requirements
- Current and valid Physical Therapist license
- BLS Certification
- Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred
- Hospital or Acute Care experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy services to restore function, improve mobility, and relieve pain
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and infection control standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong clinical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience working with pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations
- Knowledge of clinical operations and rehabilitation procedures
