Job Description:

Position: Medical Laboratory Technician

Location: Hyannis, Massachusetts

Setting: Hospital Laboratory

Duration: 13 weeks

Schedule:

• 4x8s or 5x8s Day Shift
• 32-40 hours per week
• Hours fluctuate based on department needs

Travel Pay Package:

• $1,980 per week total (40 hours) Includes base pay, housing, meals and incidentals
• $1,658 per week total (32 hours) Prorated package

Overview:

• Perform routine laboratory testing to support diagnosis and treatment of disease
• Analyze blood and other patient specimens
• Support Blood Bank operations
• Utilize EPIC charting system
• Work in a hospital laboratory environment
• Maintain quality and accuracy standards for laboratory testing

• 1 opening available
• Client interview required
• Free onsite parking
• Any scrub color permitted
• Client may cancel up to 2 shifts per rolling 4-week period with at least 2 hours notice
• Timekeeping through VNDLY
• COVID vaccine declinations and exemptions accepted
• Flu vaccine declinations and exemptions accepted
• File due date: 11/6/2026

Requirements:

• ASCP certification required
• Blood Bank experience within the last year required and clearly reflected on resume
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technician program
• Minimum 1 year of laboratory experience preferred
• Must meet all facility onboarding requirements

• Skills Checklist completed within 6 months
• 2 professional references attached separately
• Full SSN and DOB required
• All RTO must be provided at submission
