Hospice RN – Days ☀️

Monday–Friday, 8a–5p
2+ years of hospice experience required
Home Care Home Base experience required
OASIS experience preferred
Travel experience preferred
Active Michigan RN license and BLS (AHA) required
Coverage area: Petoskey, East Jordan, Boyne City, Harbor Springs, and Mancelona; may extend to Mackinaw City
No on-call
Weekend rotation required
