Description
-Full-time outpatient primary care
-Open to nurse practitioners and physician assistants with at least one year of primary care experience, preferably with Medicare patients
-Approximately 20 patients/day
-Monday-Friday (may have an option for 4-day workweek)
-Value-based care model with Medicare Advantage patients (primarily over 65 and Spanish speakers)
-Seeking candidates bilingual in Spanish
-Staff includes scribes, medical assistants, RNs, APPs, social workers, clinical pharmacy and administrative personnel
-EMR- Elation
-Required qualifications: board certification and an active license in Texas by start date
-Competitive compensation in the range of $135K-$155K, depending on experience, plus 20% bonus potential, and a long-term bonus of $30K paid upon 3rd anniversary
