Pay Package – Travel

• Gross Weekly Estimate: $2,300
• Taxable Pay: $1,050/week
• Housing Stipend: $1,250/week

Pay Package – Local

• Gross Weekly Estimate: $2,100
• Taxable Pay: $2,100/week

Position Overview

Join a Level I Trauma and teaching hospital in Torrance, CA, providing telemetry nursing care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. This opportunity is ideal for experienced Telemetry RNs with recent acute-care hospital experience who are comfortable caring for a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients requiring telemetry and cardiac monitoring.
• Recognize changes in patient conditions and respond to emergencies.
• Administer medications and provide safe, evidence-based nursing care.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow hospital protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Active California RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Telemetry RN experience in a metropolitan Level I Trauma institution serving a diverse population.
• Recent acute-care hospital experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
• Travel experience preferred but not required.

Required Certifications

• AHA BLS
• MAB or CPI
• NIHSS
• LA City Fire Card and Life Safety Card (must be LA City-issued)
