Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Skilled Nursing Facility
Bradenton, Florida
We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week Skilled Nursing Facility contract in Bradenton, Florida. This opportunity is a great fit for a PT who enjoys post-acute rehabilitation and helping adult and geriatric patients improve mobility, strength, balance, safety, and overall functional independence.
The position offers a 35-hour weekly guarantee, accepts both travel and local candidates, and is new-grad friendly.

Responsibilities
- Perform physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional goals.
- Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance training, transfer training, and mobility interventions.
- Help patients improve strength, endurance, safety, and functional independence.
- Educate patients and caregivers on mobility strategies and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, OT, SLP, and the interdisciplinary rehab team.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation.
Requirements
- Florida PT license required.
- SNF experience required.
- New graduates may be considered.
- Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills preferred.
