Job Requirements

• Experience: 1–2+ years of experience.
• Equipment: Toshiba ultrasound equipment.
• On-Call Requirement: Weekday call and every fourth week on call.
• Weekend Requirement: Rotating call every fourth week.
• Scrubs: Any color.

Mandatory Onboarding Requirements

• Iowa SING Background Check: Both criminal and child abuse checks are required. No exceptions.
• Background Checks: All county and state checks must be fully cleared before the start date. Instant or statewide searches are not accepted.
• Certifications: Mandatory Reporter certifications for both child and adult abuse are required.
• Drug Screening: 10-panel drug test, including opiates.
• Titers: MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and TB documentation must be within the last 12 months.
• Travel Eligibility: Candidates must live at least 60 miles from the facility.
