Days: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (8 hrs)

On call Requirements: YES/Please see Weekened Requirements

Weekend Requirements: Required to work every third weekend and 1-2 holidays/Holiday coverage required as needed.

CLIENT PREFERS 45 MIN OR LESS COMMUTE FROM TOR OFFICE (165 Tor Ct, Pittsfield, MA 01201)
One year acute nursing care [required], hospital based preferred.
Experience in home health [Required] 
Certified Home Health Required Including Proficiency with OASIS [Required]
Infusion Therapy Certification [Preferred]
Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and practices of nursing.
Knowledge of and ability to apply community health principles and practice.
Demonstrated ability to perform independently as a clinician with minimal supervision or assistance.

Experience with self-scheduling of caseload preferred.
History of flexibility in assuming varied assignments.
BSN [highly preferred]
Current Driver License (and insurance) [Required]
In order to effectively provide home care, they must have a working knowledge of home care reimbursement and regulatory guidelines.

Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle.  This is a firm requirement. 
Traveler perm address must be included in profile 
Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer/at interview.  Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer
