RRT – Respiratory Therapist | Carbondale, IL
Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts
Weekend: Every other weekend
On-Call: Average 3 calls per schedule; varies by department needs
Requirements:
- Associate degree required
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Active Illinois license required
- BLS and NRP-MHC certifications required
Responsibilities: Provide and evaluate respiratory care, educate patients on respiratory conditions and treatments, collaborate with medical/nursing teams, and float to other units as needed.
