Description
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical social work.
- MSW required; LMSW preferred.
- Epic experience required.
- Must have acute care/Med-Surg hospital experience.
- Experience with discharge planning, case management, care coordination, and utilization review.
- Must be familiar with community resources and preferably Washington State regulations.
- First-time travelers accepted.
- Must be willing to cover some weekends and float to nearby facilities if needed.
- Must be willing to work 3 of the 5 designated holidays.
