Registered Respiratory Therapist

Odessa, TX

Start Date: November 10, 2026
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Schedule: 3x12-hour

Position Requirements:

Active RRT credential required; CRT not accepted
Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
Travel experience required
Level II trauma experience required
Cerner experience preferred
ACLS and BLS; NRP and PALS preferred
Flu vaccine required; approved exemptions and declinations allowed
Local candidates within 50 miles are not accepted

Clinical Experience:

Adult medical-surgical and critical care
Emergency Department and general pediatrics
NICU and neonatal/pediatric respiratory care
Mechanical ventilation, ventilator management, weaning, and troubleshooting
CPAP, BiPAP, HFNC, tracheostomy care, and airway management
ABG collection and interpretation
Nitric oxide delivery and neonatal high-frequency jet/oscillatory ventilation
Aerosol treatments, medication delivery, and pulmonary hygiene
