Medical / Surgical Neuro Stepdown Registered Nurse (Med/Surg Neuro RN) – Night Shift

Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours Per Week | Work Week: Variable
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend rotation required.

Clinical Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 1+ years of dedicated Neurology / Neuro Stepdown / Med-Surg Neuro RN clinical experience strictly required [HARDSTOP] (6 months – 3+ years general nursing experience required).
EMR System Requirement [HARDSTOP]: Direct clinical proficiency with Epic EMR strictly required [HARDSTOP].
Academic Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required (BSN preferred).
State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]: Active New York State RN License strictly required at time of submission [HARDSTOP].
Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]:
- Active BLS Certification (AHA, HSI, or American Red Cross) strictly required [HARDSTOP].
- Preferred Credentials: ACLS, TNCC, or specialty certification in Neuroscience Nursing (CNRN / SCRN).
