Job Description:
Position: Adolescent Mental Health Counselor
Location: Hampstead, New Hampshire
Setting: Pediatric Psychiatric Facility
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule:
- 5x8s
- Rotating Day/Evening Shifts
- 7:00am-3:00pm / 3:00pm-11:00pm
- Weekends Required
- 40 Hours Per Week
Travel Pay Package:
- $2,001 per week total. Includes base pay, housing, meals and incidentals
Local Pay Package:
- $1,400 per week total
Overview:
- Provide counseling and therapeutic support to adolescent psychiatric patients
- Establish therapeutic relationships with assigned patients
- Help maintain a therapeutic environment within the psychiatric unit
- Deliver basic-to-complex patient care services with increasing independence
- Work in a pediatric behavioral health setting
- Utilize EPIC charting system

Requirements:
- Pediatric experience required
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required
- Bachelor's Degree required
- BLS required and must be included with submission
- CPI required and must be included with submission
- THC-inclusive drug screen required for clearance

- Resume with all employment gaps explained
- Skills Checklist completed within 6 months
- 2 recent supervisor references
- License verification (if applicable)
- BLS certification
- CPI certification
