NICU Registered Nurse – Nights (PRN)
Location: Panorama City, CA
Contract Type: PRN / Ongoing Contract
Contract Length: Ongoing, potentially up to 6 months
Start Dates: 10/14 or 10/28
Orientation Dates: 10/14–10/16 or 10/28–10/30
Shift: Nights
Hours: Minimum of 1 shift per week; 12 hours per week however, additional shifts can also be picked up if interested.
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced NICU Registered Nurses for an ongoing PRN opportunity in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This position offers flexible, pre-booked scheduling for nurses who can commit to working at least one shift per week and provide their full monthly availability in advance.
Schedule Requirements
- Night shifts available.
- Must commit to working at least one shift per week.
- Shifts are scheduled in advance.
- Candidates must submit their full availability for each month.
- The facility may cancel a scheduled shift with at least 2 hours' notice.
- Floating may be required based on the nurse's scope of practice.
- No on-call requirement.
Important: This position is not suitable for candidates who cannot consistently commit to at least one shift per week.
Compensation
Estimated gross weekly pay: $1,008 for 12 hours
- Regular pay: $72/hour for 8 hours
- Overtime pay: $108/hour for 4 hours
Requirements
- Active California RN license
- BLS certification
- Advanced NRP certification
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
- At least 1 year of NICU experience
- Level III NICU experience
