Job Description: Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: 275 Stewarts Ferry Pike, Nashville, TN 37214

Contract Duration: October 19, 2026 – October 19, 2027
Contract Length: 12 months
Schedule: 3 days per week, 12-hour shifts
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

Available Shifts

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Work Schedule: 3 days per week, including every other weekend
• Time Zone: Central Standard Time (CST)

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing care and support in Nashville, Tennessee. The RN will be responsible for delivering safe, effective patient care in accordance with physician orders, established nursing protocols, and applicable healthcare standards.

The ideal candidate will have an active Tennessee RN license or authorization to practice in Tennessee under the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC), along with the ability to administer medications, monitor patient responses, and respond to medical emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and perform procedures according to physician orders and established nursing protocols.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Monitor patients for potential medication side effects and evaluate treatment effectiveness.
• Perform Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR, and other emergency response procedures as required.
• Participate in emergency response activities and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in health status.
• Follow established clinical procedures, safety standards, and nursing guidelines.
• Maintain professional standards while delivering quality patient care.
• Perform other nursing-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or a valid privilege to practice in Tennessee under the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• Must meet one of the following:
  • At least one year of registered nursing experience; or
  • Qualifying nursing education, such as a bachelor's or graduate degree in nursing from an accredited college or university, or a diploma in registered nursing from an accredited nursing school.
• Knowledge of nursing procedures, medication administration, and patient care protocols.
• Ability to perform CPR, BLS, and emergency response duties.
• A valid motor vehicle operator's license may be required.
