Title: MRI Technologist

Location: Wichita Falls, TX 76301

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Days, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM); 

Friday at the hospital (inpatient/ER); Saturday and Sunday at an offsite location.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of MRI experience; 2 years preferred
• ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT accepted
• If candidate has ARRT (MR), ARRT (R) is not required
• BLS required
• Epic experience preferred
• Philips equipment experience preferred
• ARRT (R) preferred if applicable
• Experience with adult acute care, ICU, outpatient, and ER/trauma settings preferred
• Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
• Experience with contrast administration and starting peripheral IVs

Description:

• Perform MRI procedures for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Perform MRI imaging of the brain, head/neck, spine, chest, abdomen/pelvis, and musculoskeletal system
• Perform MRA/MRV, MRCP, diffusion, perfusion, and other specialized MRI procedures
• Perform MRI studies with and without contrast
• Follow radiation safety and isolation/PPE protocols
• Work with GE and Philips MRI equipment
• Provide MRI services in inpatient, ER, outpatient, and offsite settings
• Friday assignment will be at the hospital, covering inpatient and ER; Saturday and Sunday will be at an offsite location
