Requirements

Active RN license.
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
Current BLS certification.
LTC/SNF experience preferred.

Schedule & Additional Details Day Shift: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM. Night Shift: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM. Primarily 12-hour shifts; some 8-hour shifts may be required. 32 guaranteed hours per week. Every other weekend and holiday rotation. Facility has 51 beds. Staffing: Two nurses during the day and one nurse overnight. Orientation includes 2 hours with the LEAD team, followed by 1–2 shifts on the floor with another staff member. Overtime available. No on-call or call-back shifts No charge differential. A $500 fee may apply for backing out or quitting with less than 14 days’ notice.
