Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Facility Type/Setting: School-Based / K–12 Education
Shift & Schedule: Traditional K–12 school schedule
Contract Length: 40 weeks

Classroom Details: High-needs group of 8 PreK–Kindergarten students with low-incidence disabilities, behavioral needs, and academic support needs.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in an acceptable field
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Completion of the required 8-hour supervision training
• State licensure as a BCBA

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized behavioral intervention programs and behavior intervention plans.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and curriculum assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and other assigned assessments.
• Supervise and provide direction to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs).
• Train staff, conduct competency assessments, and support implementation of behavior programs.
• Monitor student progress through data collection, graphing, and monthly progress reports.
• Lead team meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff.
• Complete required clinical documentation, billing, and service records.
• Promote a safe, organized learning environment and follow applicable professional, state, and federal requirements.
