Description

LDRP RN – Travel Contract
🩺 Specialty: Labor, Delivery, Recovery & Postpartum (LDRP)
🌙 Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
📅 Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts
⏰ Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
🏠 Local Rule: Local candidates not accepted; 60-mile radius restriction
📋 Travel Experience: Required
👶 Patient Ratio: 1:2
Job Responsibilities
Provide labor and delivery care, postpartum recovery, and newborn care.
Care for mothers and stable infants.
Stabilize sick or compromised newborns until further care is available.
Perform fetal monitoring and respond to obstetric emergencies.
Float to departments within the nurse’s competency and comfort level, including Med-Surg, ER, ICU, and PACU as needed.
Provide safe, patient-centered care and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience required.
Previous travel experience required.
BLS
ACLS
NRP
AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (IFM)
Preferred Qualifications
STABLE certification
OPS experience
Block scheduling may be possible but is not guaranteed.
Additional Information
Weekend coverage required.
COVID-19 vaccination and booster required; medical or religious exemptions only.
