School-Based Occupational Therapist – Arlington Heights, IL Meda Health is looking for an Occupational Therapist for an on-site school assignment supporting two middle schools in Arlington Heights, IL. The assignment starts as soon as possible and runs through June 3, 2027. Schedule: 7:45 AM to 3:15 PM, 3 days a week for Part-time candidates  Responsibilities and caseload: The Occupational Therapist will join the district’s team of eight OTs and support middle school building-level teams. Responsibilities include completing initial evaluations and re-evaluations to determine special education eligibility, providing support to students through MTSS and IEPs, and consulting with staff to help students apply their skills across school settings. Requirements:<ul><li>Active Illinois occupational therapist license, issued by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR), in hand at the time of submittal</li><li>Previous school-based OT experience</li></ul>
