Description
Description:
- The only start dates available are November 4th or November 16th.
- LPN will work primarily on the Medical Surgical/Observation units and will also float occasionally between various Med-Surg units as needed.
- 36 hours/week. Night shift (7p - 7:30a) with every third weekend required.
- There is no call requirement.
- Must be able to manage a patient load of 5 patients with RN oversight.
- Duplicate submissions will not be accepted.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of recent LPN Med-Surg hospital experience
• BLS certification required
• Active Ohio or Multistate LPN License
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Must be able to read telemetry
• IV certification required
• Must be willing to float between Med-Surg units as needed
