RN – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care
Location: New York, NY 10044

Shift: Days, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Schedule: 5 days/week, 8.5 hours/day
Hours: 42.5 hours/week
Critical Submission Guardrails
- License: Active New York State RN license required.
- License Verification: NYSED Primary Source Verification of RN license and registration required.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of both Long-Term Care (LTC) and Med-Surg experience.
- Certification: AHA BLS required.
- Education: Associate degree (ASN/ADN) from an accredited nursing program.
- Schedule: Candidate must be available for the weekday day shift listed above.
Job Summary & Clinical Scope
Seeking RNs to support long-term care services at a Hospital in New York City.
- Provide nursing care and monitor residents’ health status, symptoms, and changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with orders and facility protocols.
- Perform nursing assessments, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate changes to the appropriate care team.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary staff to support individualized care plans and continuity of care.
- Apply Med-Surg nursing knowledge while supporting the ongoing needs of long-term care residents.
