Shift: Days - Mon -Fri 6a-2:30p - on call/callback, holidays, weekends per unit needs
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Contract Length: 13 Weeks & 1 year Contract
Pay Rate: $33.00 - $35.00/hr
Extension: High chance of extension

Job Description

The Anesthesia Technician supports the anesthesia care team by preparing and maintaining anesthesia equipment, supplies, and medications needed for surgical and procedural cases. Responsibilities include checking equipment for proper operation, stocking anesthesia supplies, assisting with room setup and turnover, maintaining inventory, and following infection-control and safety standards.

Typical Requirements

• Previous anesthesia technician, surgical services, OR, or related hospital experience preferred
• Knowledge of anesthesia equipment and supplies
• Ability to work effectively with anesthesiologists, CRNAs, nurses, and surgical teams
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• BLS may be required depending on facility requirements
• Relevant certification may be preferred depending on the facility's requirements
