Description

Shift: 4×10-hour shifts (Day: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM / Night: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM)

Key Job Details

License: Oregon LCSW license required; compact license must be in hand at submission, per job posting.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience required.
Certifications: BLS and LCSW.
Weekend Requirement: Alternating weekends.
On-Call: No.
Floating: Required between three ministries/facilities: PWF, PMH, and PNB; nearby sister facilities may also be included.
Charting: Epic preferred; experience with any charting system accepted.
Facility Type: Short-term acute care hospital.
Total Beds: 109.
