Description
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years of hospital Pharmacist experience required.
- Must have experience managing complex patients, including:
- Trauma and burn patients.
- Critical care patients.
- Pediatric patients.
- Cardiac surgery patients.
- ECMO patients.
- Must have experience with IV medication verification and medication order verification.
- IV compounding experience required as needed.
SCHEDULE
- Primary shift: Nights, 8:30 PM–7:00 AM.
- Additional shift listed: Evenings, 2:30 PM–1:00 AM.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS
-BLS
LICENSE
- Active Virginia State Pharmacist license mandatory.
