Cardiac RN
Overview
- Travel RN assignment in Clyde, North Carolina
- 13-week contract
- 36 hours per week
- PM shift
- Every other weekend
- No call requirements
- 22-bed Progressive Care unit on the 4th floor
- Float requirements: Yes
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in North Carolina
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
- Step-down/ICU experience
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience

- Cardiac patient population
- Telemetry equipment
- Patient ratio: 4:1
- Adult population
- Common diagnoses/treatments include cardiac
- Unit handles cardiac observation, post cardiac cath lab patients, and cardioversions
Additional Information
- Orientation is bi-weekly
- Upcoming start dates: 10/26, 11/9, 11/23
- Dress code: Navy scrubs
- Unacceptable attire includes offensive tattoos and non-facility tops
