Submission Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience required unless otherwise specified in the job posting.
• No disciplinary actions or license violations within the last 7 years.
• EPIC experience required.
• Copies of all required certifications must be included with the submission.

Trauma Experience Requirements

• Current Level I Trauma experience required within the last 2 years.
• Current assignment must be at a Level II Trauma Center or higher with at least 500 beds.
• Exception: Outpatient OR candidates may be submitted without Level I Trauma experience.

Specialty-Specific Requirements

Neuro Stepdown Candidates must have experience with:

• Arterial lines
• Ventriculostomies
• Lumbar drains
• Post-craniotomy patient care

Radius Rule

• Candidates must reside at least 75 miles from the facility to be eligible for submission.

COVID-19 Requirements

• Medical and religious exemptions are accepted.
• Supporting documentation will be requested only after a signed confirmation is received.

Testing Requirements

• Pass/Fail testing is required.
• Additional testing details will be provided during the onboarding process.

Additional Information

• The facility is a smoke-free campus; however, a nicotine screening is not required.
