Patient Assessment & Diagnosis: Review medical histories, doctor referrals, and test results, then observe patients walking, standing, or moving to pinpoint functional impairments.
Treatment Plan Development: Create customized care plans with clear recovery goals, expected outcomes, and targeted timelines.
Therapeutic Interventions: Lead patients through prescribed exercises, stretching maneuvers, gait training, and functional movement practice.
Hands-on (Manual) Therapy: Apply soft-tissue mobilization, joint manipulation, massage, or specialized techniques (like dry needling or electrical stimulation) to reduce pain and improve mobility.
