Description
Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health Wound Care
Location: Greenwich, CT
Start Date: November 9, 2026
Contract Length: 13 weeks, with possible extension
Shift: Days, 5x8s (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Home Health Wound Care experience.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Active nursing license required at the time of submission.
- Recent experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and OASIS within the past 12 months.
- Experience with on-call duties or telephone triage.
- Ability to work alternating weekends.
- Strong time management, reliability, professionalism, and patient care skills.
