Clinical Interview & Manager Approval for Offers  UNIT:  : IR Tech Hybrid OR   Unit Information: Minimum Years of Experience required? 1 year Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes  Required License, National Certification, Certs: BLS, ARRT, KY state license Prefer VI certification  Skills required: Must be strong in Neuro and comfortable with Stroke, embolization & coiling Scrubbing/assisting, circulating, equipment operation, tray setup, level 1 trauma experience Covery Hybrid room M-F   Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: Neuro, trauma, stroke, inpatient, outpatient 4 total IR suites total, only 1 suite for hybrid (IR room that sits in OR) Department: 10-15 current cases a day, goal of reaching 15-20 when fully staffed Hybrid Neuro: Diagnostic cerebral angiography, Stroke intervention, Carotid stenting, MMA embolization, AVM/AVF embolization, Aneurysm coiling and flow diversion, Venous sinus stenting, Aneurysm clipping, Cerebral bypass Vascular: EVAR/TEVAR, TCAR, Peripheral arterial interventions, Femoral endarterectomy with stenting, Limb salvage procedures, Dialysis access interventions, Thrombectomy/thrombolysis cases  Technology/Equipment: EMR: Cerner IV Pump: Plum ICU Medical Med dispensing: Omnicell Monitors: Phillips Unit specific equipment: Siemens Aris Icono Biplane (required)  Floating: If yes, where?
