Description

Neuro Stepdown RN – Nights 🌙

3x12-hour shifts, 7p–7a; posting also mentions alternating day/night coverage
2+ years of experience required; prior travel experience required
Required: BLS, ACLS; NIHSS listed as preferred
Active Tennessee or Compact RN license required at submission; pending licenses not accepted
Paragon charting system
Ratio 1:4 days / 1:5 nights; 31-bed unit
Cardiac experience required; neuro experience preferred
Patients include ER observation, cardiac cath, TEE, EP studies, pacemakers, and vascular procedures
Every other weekend required
Block scheduling considered
No locals within 50 miles
All RTO must be submitted upfront
