Submission Requirements

1. Unexpired copy of the candidate’s driver’s license is mandatory with every submission.
2. Driver’s license address must be more than 50 miles from the facility.
3. Candidates may be submitted to only one position across the entire WVU system at a time.
4. Previous permanent employees must be separated from the facility for at least 2 years.
5. Previous travelers who completed one full year must be away for at least 2 years.
6. Individual unit-specific requirements in Pulse must be followed.
7. Travel teams must be submitted together in one email.
8. A maximum of 2 candidates per opening may be submitted. If the position is at capacity, the submission may be held until a spot opens.

Cancellation Policy

• Up to 2 shifts may be canceled per 13-week contract.
