Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) | Petersburg, WV | 13 Weeks

WVU Grant Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a travel assignment. The RT will provide respiratory care across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department settings while working independently in a rural acute care environment.

Shift:

• 3x12 Rotation

• 5:45 AM – 6:15 PM / 5:45 PM – 6:15 AM

• Every Monday & Tuesday Days

• Alternating Wednesday & Friday Nights

• 36 Guaranteed Hours

Pay:

• Up to $2,108/week

Requirements:

• RRT Preferred (CRT Accepted)

• Active State License

• BLS (AHA)

• ACLS (AHA)

• PCOT

• Minimum 2 Years Respiratory Therapy Experience

• Ventilator Management Experience Required

• First-Time Travelers Accepted

Preferred:

• Pediatric Experience

Patient Population:

• Adult Inpatient

• Outpatient

• Emergency Department

• Pediatrics

• Neonates (ED and L&D Stabilization)

Responsibilities:

• Ventilator Management

• ABG Draws and Analysis

• CPAP / BiPAP

• High Flow Nasal Cannula

• Aerosol Treatments

• MDI Therapy

• Airway Clearance Therapy

• Oxygen Therapy

• Outpatient Pulse Oximetry Studies

Equipment:

• Hamilton C1 & C3 Ventilators

• ResMed CPAP/BiPAP

• Masimo SoftFlow HFNC

• GEM5000 ABG Analyzer
