Job Details

Shift: Days, 12-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours/week
Start Dates: October 12 or October 26 only — confirm availability
Contract: 84 weeks listed — confirm actual duration
Experience: Current Med-Surg experience and large-hospital experience required
Weekend: Every other weekend
Holidays: No requirement listed
Call: None
EMR: Cerner; transitioning to Epic in November 2026
Orientation: 3 unit-specific shifts
BSN: Not required

Required Qualifications

Current RN license
Current, relevant Medical/Surgical nursing experience
Experience in a large hospital
Comfortable floating among:
- Medical/Oncology
- Two surgical units
- Two medical units
Total-care nursing; no PCAs on the unit

Required Certifications

- BLS — AHA or ARC

Additional Requirements

Interview: Direct interview with the manager
Scrubs: Navy; not provided
