We are seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray Tech) to join a well-established regional healthcare system in beautiful Show Low, Arizona.

Shift Details

• Schedule: Days, four 10-hour shifts per week
• Hours: 40 hours weekly
• Shift Flexibility: Block scheduling available
• On-Call: As needed, per unit rotation
• Floating: As needed, within scope of practice
• Setting: Acute Care, Level III Trauma Center

Compensation & Incentives

• Annual Salary: $79,040–$108,160
• Hourly Rate: $38.00–$52.00
• Relocation Assistance: $5,000
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray examinations in accordance with established imaging protocols.
• Position patients appropriately to obtain accurate diagnostic images while ensuring comfort and safety.
• Operate radiographic equipment while maintaining radiation protection and safety standards.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support accurate diagnoses.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and imaging records.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Follow departmental policies, infection prevention procedures, and quality assurance standards.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience.
• Certification: ARRT (R) required.
• Additional Certification: BLS required.
• Licensure: Current Arizona state license required.
• Must be able to perform general radiographic examinations, including ground-running procedures.
• Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to patient safety.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute-care environment.
