Description
Shift: Day || Scheduling Notes: (CVOR Team) DAYS: 4x10s 7:00AM-5:00PM, day off TBD; on call=1-2 shifts per week, and 1-2 weekends (Friday 5pm – Monday 7 am) a month per 4-week period. Any week that includes the holiday day, the holiday itself would be her day off that week to guarantee the 40-hour work week. Call on the holidays if assigned would be a 24-hour call shift. If the traveler is not needed in the CV service line, she is aware that she may be floated to General. Travelers are to remain in the department unless on break to be available for patient are needs. || ST Schedule Notes: Open Heart or Vascular experience required

Cons
Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
