Description

PCU/Stepdown RN – Nights 🌙

3x12-hour shifts, 7p–7a
Minimum 2 years of recent PCU/specialty experience required, including experience within the last 12 months
Strong cardiac background required
Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
Active NJ or Compact RN license required at submission
Epic experience preferred
Patient ratio: 1:4
Must have telemetry, dysrhythmia interpretation, cardiac drip management (no titration), and central line experience
First-time travelers accepted but not preferred
Every other weekend and every other holiday required
Floating required across 5 hospitals: Voorhees, Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro, and OLOL
May float to ICU to care for downgraded PCU patients
No block scheduling or travel pairs
Dysrhythmia exam required: Must pass within 72 hours of signing per job description; only 2 attempts, PC required. Compliance section also references testing during orientation.
RTO must be submitted upfront; no RTO during the first week
