Physical Therapy | Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) | Laredo, TX

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their functional needs and goals
• Help patients improve strength, balance, mobility, and coordination
• Support recovery following illness, injury, surgery, or hospitalization
• Provide gait training, therapeutic exercises, transfer training, and functional mobility interventions
• Help patients increase independence and work toward safe discharge goals
• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members to support quality patient care
