• Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
• Location: Newport, VT
• Contract: 13 Weeks
• Unique Schedule: Four 9-hour shifts plus one 4-hour shift
• Help patients regain independence with daily activities, functional mobility, and self-care skills
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
