Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Unit Manager, LTC/Rehabilitation

Location: As per facility requirements

Job Type: Conmtract 14 weeks (Mon - Fri)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated RN Unit Manager to oversee nursing operations in a Long-Term Care (LTC) and Rehabilitation facility. The ideal candidate will provide clinical leadership, supervise nursing staff, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care for residents.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily nursing operations and resident care within the assigned unit.
• Supervise, guide, and support nursing staff to maintain quality care.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized resident care plans.
• Ensure proper medication administration and accurate clinical documentation.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and coordinate care with physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Manage staff assignments, schedules, and workflow.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, infection-control procedures, and healthcare regulations.
• Assist with staff training, performance evaluations, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
• Previous experience in LTC, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred.
• Prior supervisory or nursing management experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of nursing standards, resident safety, and regulatory compliance.
